Classic Caesar Salad

A classic Caesar, made effortlessly bold — using the entire stick pack of After Noon’s Our House blend to build a creamy, briny, from-scratch-feeling dressing in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads baby romaine lettuce, washed & dried
  • ¾–1 cup crunchy croutons
  • ½–¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4–6 whole anchovy fillets (optional, for garnish)
  • Extra lemon wedges (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 stickpack of Our House dried dressing blend
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or 2–3 mashed anchovy fillets)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 small garlic clove, minced or grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1–2 tablespoons water (optional, to thin)

Instructions

  1. Add the entire stick pack of After Noon’s Our House dried dressing blend to The Shaker jar. Pour in the olive oil, mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, until the dressing is smooth and fully emulsified. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 1–2 tablespoons of water, reseal, and shake again until creamy and pourable.
  2. Place the baby romaine in a large salad bowl. Drizzle a few tablespoons of dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat.
  3. Scatter croutons and grated Parmesan over the dressed greens. Lay anchovy fillets on top or tuck them into the salad for extra briny bites.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a crack of black pepper. Serve immediately with extra dressing on the side.
