What do I need to make homemade-ish dressing with the dried blends?
Just add extra virgin olive oil and your favorite vinegar. Shake it up—and you’re done.
How many servings does one After Noon stickpack make?
Each stickpack makes about 3 servings of fresh dressing.
Can I save leftover dressing?
Yes! Store any extras in the fridge for up to a week. If it solidifies in fridge, bring to room temperature or add a dash of liquid and always give it a good shake before using.
What kind of oil and vinegar should I use?
Totally up to you! But here are some of our favorite combos:
• Our House: EVOO + apple cider or white wine vinegar
• Greek Goddess: EVOO + red wine vinegar
• Umami Mami: EVOO + apple cider vinegar, or sesame oil + rice vinegar
What if I want the vinaigrette to be creamy?
Make it your own! Stir in Greek yogurt, tahini, or mayo for a creamy twist.
Can I use the blends for anything besides dressing?
Absolutely. They’re great as marinades or seasoning blends for protein and veggies.
Some of our current favorites are:
• Our House: marinade for grilled chicken
• Greek Goddess: mixed with mayo for a turkey sandwich spread

Do I need The Shaker?
Nope—but it makes things easier. Our shaker has tablespoon markers for perfect ratios and is great for mixing, storing, and serving.
