Return Policy

We want you to love your After Noon Foods experience. However, due to the nature of our food products, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [hello@afternoonfoods.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items unless the product was damaged or incorrect. For non-food merchandise (e.g., jars, accessories), return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During periods of high volume, such as holidays or new product launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Rates: We partner with major carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. After Noon Foods is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages but we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional fees for reshipment.

Product Recall Policy

After Noon Foods takes product safety seriously and complies with all applicable regulations regarding product recalls. In the event of a recall, we will:

- Promptly notify all affected customers via the email address associated with the original purchase

- Provide clear instructions on what steps to take (e.g., how to dispose of or return the product)

- Issue refunds, replacements, or credits as appropriate
