Creamy Cottage Cheese Dip

Here's a new way to eat cottage cheese. This high-protein dip comes together in minutes for a healthy, satisfying snack that also feels a little indulgent!

Ingredients
- 1 After Noon Foods Greek Goddess Dressing Stickpack
- 1 (16 oz) container Cottage Cheese (Good Culture is great)
- 1-2 tbsp water (optional, to loosen)
Optional
- High quality olive oil, for finishing
- Fresh lemon wedge
- Crudité for serving (carrots, cucumber, radish, snap peas, celery, etc.)
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese and the Greek Goddess stick pack to a tall container or jar.
- Using an immersion blender, blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds. Add a splash of water if you want a thinner consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Serve chilled with crispy crudité for dipping.
