Creamy Cottage Cheese Dip

Here's a new way to eat cottage cheese. This high-protein dip comes together in minutes for a healthy, satisfying snack that also feels a little indulgent!  

Ingredients

Optional

  • High quality olive oil, for finishing
  • Fresh lemon wedge
  • Crudité for serving (carrots, cucumber, radish, snap peas, celery, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese and the Greek Goddess stick pack to a tall container or jar. 
  2. Using an immersion blender, blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds. Add a splash of water if you want a thinner consistency.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. 
  4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon. 
  5. Serve chilled with crispy crudité for dipping.
