Expiration Date on Our Stickpacks

We recently identified a printing error affecting the expiration date on a portion of our stickpacks labeled "L1 EXP 05/26".

The correct best by date for these products is May 2027.

After extensive testing and review with our manufacturing partner and food safety team, we’ve confirmed that our dried dressing blends have a validated shelf life of 24 months when properly stored in a cool, dry place.

The safety and quality of our products remains the highest priority for us. Rest assured that our shelf-stable, dried ingredients remain safe to consume through May 2027.

How We Determine Shelf Life

We establish shelf life in partnership with our food safety and manufacturing team based on:

• Ingredient composition (dried herbs, spices, and seasonings)
• Moisture levels and water activity
• Packaging and storage conditions
• Stability data and industry standards

This process ensures our products maintain both safety and quality throughout their intended shelf life.
