Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the After Noon Foods Affiliate Program. By joining and participating, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them plain-English on purpose. Questions? Email hello@afternoonfoods.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active social media or content platform. Approval is at After Noon Foods’ discretion, and we may decline or remove anyone at any time.

2. Your Link, Code & Commission

  • Commission: You earn 20% on every qualifying sale tracked through your personal affiliate link.
  • Discount code: Your personal code gives your audience a discount. Codes are for your audience only and may not be posted to coupon, deal, or discount-aggregator sites.
  • Tracking & cookie window: Your link drops a 30-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and completes a purchase within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you — even if they don’t buy right away. Because the cookie is what tracks attribution, always share your link, not just your code.

3. Bonuses

Bonuses are paid in addition to your 20% commission.

  • Monthly content challenges: Qualifying, on-theme in-feed posts that tag @afternoonfoods and use your link earn the stated bonus (e.g. $10 per qualifying post). Each month’s challenge, theme, and any per-person caps are described in that month’s affiliate email.
  • Monthly sales milestones: Reach 20 qualifying sales in a calendar month and earn a $100 bonus; reach 50 qualifying sales in a calendar month and earn a $300 bonus. Milestones reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over.

A “qualifying sale” is a completed, paid order placed through your affiliate link that is not later refunded, cancelled, or charged back. Bonus eligibility is calculated from your final, net sales for the month.

4. Payments

Commissions and bonuses are tracked through our affiliate platform, UpPromote. Earnings for a given calendar month are paid out before the 10th of the following month (for example, May earnings are paid before June 10). There is a $10 minimum payout: if your balance for a month is under $10, it carries over to the next month and is paid once your total balance reaches $10. Payouts are also subject to the refund/chargeback adjustments described below. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes owed on your earnings. After Noon Foods is not responsible for payments delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the related commission and any bonus credit is reversed, and that order does not count toward monthly milestones. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back earnings tied to fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise invalid orders.

6. Content & Brand Guidelines

  • Be honest and use your real experience. Do not make health or medical claims (e.g. claims about curing, treating, or preventing any condition, or weight-loss promises).
  • Do not describe the products as “organic” as a whole — only some individual ingredients are organic.
  • Do not bid on or run paid ads against the After Noon Foods brand name or misspellings, and do not use our trademarks in a misleading way.
  • Do not use spam, bots, unauthorized discount codes, or incentivized-click schemes.
  • After Noon Foods may request edits to, or removal of, any content that is off-brand, inaccurate, or non-compliant.

7. Use of Your Content

By tagging us or submitting content (including recipes for our blog), you grant After Noon Foods permission to repost, feature, and use that content organically across our marketing channels — our social posts, Stories, website, and blog — always with credit to you. Featured blog recipes include credit and links back to you. We will never use your content in paid advertising without your explicit approval first.

8. Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or remove you for violating these terms, for fraudulent activity, or for conduct that harms the brand. Earnings from valid, completed sales prior to removal will still be paid.

9. Changes to the Program

We may update commission rates, bonus structures, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email, and continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
